As a highly motivated and dedicated individual, I bring a wealth of skills and experience to my studies. With a focus on womenswear, I engage innovation and passion into designs, I have honed my skills in teamwork, creativity, and communication, as well as the ability to work independently.<\/p>\n

In my final university year, I expressed skills I have developed on with creating four different collections, exploring high-end, high-street, sportswear and innovative designs into the individual portfolios. Each collection having individual inspiration, showing the wealth of skills I bring into designs, illustrations and different sectors I can design for..<\/p>\n

Final illustrations for Alexander McQueen Autumn Winter 23 collection inspired by the 19th Century. Previous research, toile development, print development and flat sketches compose of the collection\u2019s portfolio. Colour and prints are taken from Dutch paintings from the 19th Century with all design development stages being suitable for the brand.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A series of illustrations for Columbia\u2019s Autumn Winter 23 collection inspired by Exmoor, a family holiday taken each year. Inspiration of colour, print and designs taken from family photographs and remaining to Columbia\u2019s brand image are shown on the page. A particularly heart-warming collection to design for in remembrance of my late Grandfather.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A series of different design development stages taken from a collection designed for House of Sunny with inspiration of Odile Decq\u2019s architecture of Maison Bernard. Page includes knit development onto flats to understand appearance of garment, illustrations of collection with corresponding flat sketches, showing the depth of skills associated with the different design development stages.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A selection of illustrations from final innovative collection, inspired by the homeless. Illustrations broadcast an important message to help with the homeless crisis. The collection included toile development, taking focus on representing equipment such as a sleeping bag and blanket into the collection and in a fashionable way. Print development is vital for the collection, shown throughout the illustrations successfully to communicate message.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Images show both outfits in detail, with particular focus on design details including the representation of a blanket and sleeping bag in a fashionable manor.
