Over the past few years, i have found that the key to creativity is asking seemingly silly questions and engaging in playful conversations. A global survey conducted in 2021 revealed that over half of individuals aged 16\u201325 experienced sadness, anxiety, powerlessness, or other negative emotions related to climate change.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--FILE02--><\/p>\n<div class=\"mediafileviewer mfvvideos\"><video width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\" controls><source src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolofdesignleeds.com\/ds24\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Vasilisa-Tserenia-02_Vasilisa-Tserenia.mp4\" type=\"video\/mp4\">Your browser does not support the video tag.<\/video><\/p>\n<p class=\"mfv-caption\">This project presents &#8216;Sola,&#8217; a Herbalist Journaling App featuring an artisanal user-friendly interface, AI-driven plant identification, and an interactive map. Sola is designed to help herbal foragers locate medicinal herbs like Chamomile, Lemon Balm, and Rosemary, which are known for their anxiety-relieving properties.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--FILE03--><\/p>\n<div class=\"mediafileviewer mfvimages\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading =\"lazy\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolofdesignleeds.com\/ds24\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Vasilisa-Tserenia-03_Vasilisa-Tserenia.jpg\" width=\"100%\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1500px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1500\/1000;\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"mfv-caption\">This project utilised emerging Google fonts to emphasise an environmental message. &#8216;Montserrat&#8217; and &#8216;Cormorant Garamond&#8217; were chosen to visualise the poem &#8216;Light Night&#8217; by John Scivens, highlighting the issue of light pollution in the UK.
