Having consistently achieved first-class grades, my ambition to develop my design skills and push the full potential of my creativity stays with me beyond my university years. In the UK, 42% of those with diagnosed ADHD do not take medication due to various inhibiting factors. Mindfull was created to fill this gap, informing those with the scientific links between nutrition and enhanced cognitive function (for ADHD symptom relief), whilst being an engaging and fun read. Recipe layouts are designed with visual aids and broken-down steps to make retaining information easier.
