Rooted in her personal experience, her work reflects on the emotional landscape of displacement and the remnants of home. Working with a variety of materials, often textile, woodwork and paper, she creates sculptural installations that invite reflection on identity, time and loss. Imprinted with signs produced by time as well as marks from the living activities of past and current residents, these textured walls witness and bear memories of the people and the city.
