This installation reflects society’s addiction to technology, particularly screens. Inspired by my own excessive screen use, it explores how digital life consumes our time. Through the metaphorical deconstruction of technology, the piece encourages awareness and invites viewers to reconnect with the physical world and recognise what truly matters beyond screens.

This installation features deconstructed technology and screens, serving as a representation of society’s growing addiction to digital devices. It is intended to feel overwhelming and difficult to take in. The longer you engage with the installation, the more the message about our obsession with staring at screens becomes apparent.
This animation is projected onto the screens and draws inspiration from circuit boards and internal technological vectors. By examining the inner workings of machines, the piece invites viewers to reflect on themselves, questioning our relationship with technology and the ways in which it shapes our identity and behaviours.
This animation is projected onto television screens and was inspired by my own experiences of staring at screens. It reflects the act of watching TV and draws influence from visual errors such as glitches, static, and colour bars, exploring the disconnection and distortion present in our digital consumption.
