BA Art and Design

I am a visual artist investigating how minimalist aesthetics can be used to deconstruct narrative in set design and performance. My work combines miniature models, fashion styling, and projected visuals to explore psychological space and the tension between baroque storytelling and reductive visual language. My project Normcore deconstructs the form of an Opera and replaces all it’s most visceral elements as ephemeral moments influened by the background noise of muzak.
