My name is Achazya Tanaya Rayna Yuwono, and I am a final year BA Sustainable Fashion student. In two of my works, I researched and analysed the impacts of AI towards the fashion industry, particularly in regards to sustainability. In one project, I made a report analysing AI future trends within the children’s apparel industry and proposed 3 future 2035 scenarios. In another project, I analysed how AI may improve sorting systems for better efficiency.
The first image shows a report regarding the future of AI in 2035 within the children’s apparel industry. I researched the current market for children’s apparel, current and future trends, and stakeholders involved. Afterwards, I proposed 3 scenarios of AI having potential impacts towards production, distribution, and end-of-life. I ended the report by analysing the best-case and worst-case outcomes of the scenarios.
The second image shows a sustainability consultancy report and poster I made regarding Oxfam and how they can potentially improve their sorting system using AI. I researched the current issues and stakeholders involved, as well as potential solutions addressing the triple bottom line. In this report, I used the Business Model Canvas and implementation plan to propose my solution.
