Recycled Ballet Tights and Take-Back Scheme: RenewLevé provides a sustainable solution Ballet dancers who wear convertible tights, reducing the impact this high-turnaround product creates. By using innovations in recycled synthetic fibres, RenewLevé creates a solution for dance consumers who are conscious of their sustainable impact. Our final product is a classic convertible tight, composed of Econyl’s recycled nylon from post-consumer waste. While take-back schemes are often seen as a “green-washing” scheme, the nature of this product means that they are going to be bought multiple times and a take-back scheme is a great way to promote sustainability.
