“Sustenance” explores self-sustainability: mentally, physically, and emotionally, within an unsustainable world. Set against the backdrop of overconsumption, late-stage capitalism, and ecological crisis, the work reflects on the struggle to find balance and happiness amid anxiety, overwhelm, and mental health challenges in a system not built for wellbeing.
