‘Form follows feeling’ explores how emotional care can be embedded into physical form. It subverts minimalist design by inviting adults to rediscover childhood comforts. Through tactile, playful forms, it creates a safe space designed to reduce anxiety and promote emotional wellness through instinctive engagement.
This textile chair, made from stuffed tights, resembles the nostalgic comfort of soft toys. It offers a tactile sensory experience that encourages you to touch, hold, and squeeze, promoting a design model that prioritises adult well-being and playfulness over traditional form.
