My work investigates how light, shadow and sound can be used to explore domestic memory. Using miniature transparent houses based on places I have lived, the installation reimagines familiar architecture through projected shadows, glowing windows and layered audio. The work invites close looking while leaving space for uncertainty, reflection and personal interpretation.
‘Houses Still Lit’ Transparent prints, Perspex, light, shadow, sound, wiring and moving silhouettes. Three miniature houses based on places I have lived in Leeds, using light, shadow and domestic sound to explore memory, home and the feeling of looking into a space from outside.
