The final piece of work is titled ‘Layers of Hidden’, it is comprised of 4 square canvases. This interactive piece represents layers of what is usually disregarded by people on a daily basis in things such as plants, focusing on 2 main elements, microscopic form and ultraviolet. To interact with this piece there are 2 ultraviolet torches displayed next to the work to be shone onto it. When shone onto the work, the UV torches reveal patterns that are not seen otherwise. The artwork is comprised of mixed media that represents the microscopic forms and hidden to show the complexities and delicacy of what people pass and interact without consideration for the levels of what they cannot see.
