M&S StudioFit is a fit-led service designed to address poor bra fit, low product durability, and premature disposal in the lingerie industry. Building on M&S’s existing BraFit service, StudioFit combines digital body scanning, comfort-focused materials, and inclusive design to improve fit accuracy and extend product lifespan. Developed in line with M&S’s commitment to WRAP’s Textile 2030 initiative, the service supports carbon reduction, resource efficiency, and circular business models. StudioFit responds to consumer demand for improved comfort, durability, and inclusivity while helping M&S strengthen its competitive position and prepare for future EPR regulations.

This project reimagines technical outerwear for a circular future by addressing the end-of-life challenges of high-performance waterproof garments. Developed for Arc’teryx, the concept combines Amphitex, a waterproof mono-material membrane, with Resortecs Smart Stitch technology, enabling garments to be easily disassembled and recycled through automated processes. Unlike conventional shell jackets that rely on complex mixed-material constructions, this system supports closed-loop recycling without compromising durability, performance, or consumer appeal. The project demonstrates how technical outerwear can be redesigned to balance innovation, functionality, and true circularity.
