BA Fashion Design Innovation
I am a Fashion Design student with a passion for narrative-led womenswear. my graduate collections explore themes of transformation, identity and femininity, combining innovative textiles with considered, architectural silhouettes. My portfolios includes After the Fall, a dark, romantic exploration of the divine feminine; The Last Waltz for Dior, which draws upon my family’s displacement during the Second World War, and Metamorphosis for Rick Owens, inspired by nature’s cycles of growth and renewal. Through my work, I seek to create contemporary, wearable design that communicates narrative, emotion and individuality equally.
After the Fall is a dark, romantic womenswear collection exploring the divine feminine. Drawing on gothic influences, architectural silhouettes and innovative textile development, the collection balances strength and vulnerability. Through dramatic proportions, texture and detail, it explores femininity as both powerful and complex, creating contemporary garments that feel expressive and wearable.
The Last Waltz is inspired by my family’s displacement during the Second World War, tracing their journey from pre-war Budapest to lives scattered across the world. Personal photographs, heirlooms, jewellery and architecture inform the collection, exploring themes of heritage, identity and memory through romantic silhouettes, embellishment and textile design.
Metamorphosis explores themes of transformation and renewal through the lens of nature. Inspired by cycles of growth, emergence and bloom, the collection combines innovative textile development with architectural silhouettes characteristic of Rick Owens. Layered textures, organic forms and exaggerated proportions reflect the constant process of change found in nature.
